We ordered a DVD of "Vampire Knight" from this website using our credit card. It's been over a month and it has never been received. They promised a tracking number and a way to figure out where the order was but never sent it to us. When I emailed them they assured me it must be on backorder and they'd send me a confirmation shortly and then nothing. Now we try to go to their website and it has been removed. No way to get in contact with them or get our money back or anything. I would never ever trust these independent Japanese anime sites. They appear to be scammers. Unfortunately they now have my credit card info so I will have to cancel it. Never use these sites!! Only use Amazon or trusted sites to order media instead!
