I ordered a complete set of the TV show "St. Elsewhere" on December 2, 2009. I never received the order. I was told it was shipped and given a USPS Label/Receipt Number: EE333620504CN.

When I check this number on the USPS website I am told:

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Foreign International Dispatch, December 09, 2009, 12:38 am, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP
Foreign Acceptance, December 08, 2009, 5:23 pm

I have contacted the company repeatedly over the past month and am receiving no reply. I cannot find an address or phone number for the company, only their website, www.clickDVDshows.com.
