company is totally useless. I ordered cartridges, they sent ones with NO CHIPS so for every cartridge you have to try and remove the chip from the old cartridge and VERY carefully put it into the new one and believe me it is VERY EASY TO DAMAGE THE CHIP, Both ones that I replaced DID NOT WORK after. So I called the company and got lousy customer service, it seemed to me that they couldn’t care less! After 3 calls and arguing they very generously said they would replace the ones I had with ones that had chips. I mailed them back at my expense of course the new ones came back 3 WEEKS
Later and when I opened them up GUESS WHAT ..they had sent back the same ones WITH NO CHIPS. What a useless company, I needless to say will NEVER order from this 3rd rate company again.
