I would not recommend this company to anyone. I actually told them that I would come pick up my CDR and they CHARGED me like 3.25 saying that there is a "pick-up fee". What kind of business is this?! When I walked in, I could not believe the place that this was held at because it was a complete shithole. The place is rundown, it is run like a sweatshop with illegal immigrants, and the lady who sold me the CDR asked me for my credit card AGAIN like she didn't trust me. She was also rude...so much for "customer is always right". I did not have to return my CDR for any reason (thank God) because if I would have, I know they would have given me problems.
