I just moved out of this hell hole after 3 years of paying too much rent. I was a quiet renter with neighbors who were absolutely way too loud!!! I complained several times. Finally they moved out and left their place in such a mess that it took 3 months for the remodel. I just moved out and they are trying to charge me $790.00 move out fee for carpet replacement (40%) of what they say they paid. BS!! I asked if they had a copy of the carpet cleaning receipt and they said they hire someone to come in and assess the carpet and decide if it needs cleaned or replaced. I am demanding an itemized listing of what their charges were. I will take them to court if necessary! Don't live here! It's a pit!
