This is a place to avoid. The web prices are very low, but they had no intention of selling at those prices until you pad your order with extremely high priced supplies.

I was told that Canon ships a "very weak battery" just to get an idea of the camera, but not useful. Therefore I needed to buy either their very high priced battery or one with more performance that costs more. The battery quotes were about $150, for a battery that sells for $18. Then they wanted me to purchase a second charger, again claiming that the Canon product did not have one. Again, a foolish price. Finally I was supposed to buy memory, again at a price that was 3-4 times the market (Amazon) price. So, their game is to you pad the order with needless junk, and then "sell" you a camera at what looks like a low price.

Yes, the service is rude, curt. One guesses that few are foolish enough to fall into this pit. This place needs to get into another racket, say kidnapping dogs for ransom, or something. But, they should not be considered a camera supplier, and they should take down their web pages.
