Hi, I am one of you. Same story – placed order, was invited to confirm order, got exposed to sales pitch – batteries, memory chips etc. Broke down and ordered battery. As soon as I received confirmation (next day) I immediately cancelled the extra battery and was told my order is being processed. It’s now 8 weeks and no shipping date is in sight (called several times too). Also send Email without reply. Guys, if you are as PO as I am, why don’t you do something about it? I am prepared to report them to BBB, and/or appropriate state DA office. My problem is I do not know what city are they registered to do business in. During one of my follow up calls I asked the voice (without name) where are they located and was told the main warehouse is in Taylor, Michigan. Tried everything including Telephone directory and could not find them there either.
Please help me:
1. how to find their place of business
2. reverse 800 phone directory
3. any means to locate them

PS I will not cancel my order, as this would remove my problem. I can wait and hope the appropriate authorities will do something about them.
