In November, I contracted an $18, 000 job with Closet and Storage Concepts. The construction was to begin on December 18 and be finished by December 20.

The job is not even half done as of today, January 2. Some days no one shows up to work; when they do appear, no one seems to know what to do or how to do it. One particularly frustrating day, I phoned the office (in Owings Mills) only to find out that their phone had been disconnected.

I have placed numerous calls to the franchise owner and to the headquarters office.

I live in a large, custom built home...I have successfully dealt with hundreds of contractors. This is, without a doubt, the worse company I have ever encountered. Their production management is totally missing and their customer service is next to nil. I have had a successful relationship with the sales rep, but she is powerless to get anything done.
