The best way to resolve your complaint and get the satisfaction of hopefully putting this dirty little e-store out of commission is to launch an official complaint with the Attorney General's office in the state where the company does business. So here you go... http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL Maybe if we all band together we can take care of this little "problem" of ours and save someone else the headache and grief we went through in dealing with this dishonest company who probably orders each item fom yet another company as we order it from them and actually keeps nothing in stock. Heck, I am beginning to believe that Sandy L. is Sexy Depot... hers is the only name I've ever seen listed on these sites, and it just keeps coming up again and again. Hope this helps someone.
