I bought a timershare (Worldmark by Wyndham) for $3, 000 on E-Bay from these guys. I paid through Pay Pal. I never receiveid ANYTHING from them. They only thing they have delivered in 3 months is excuses about how long escrow would take (6 to 8 weeks) on the time share; excuses about not being able to get signatures from the seller; and then excuses about how long a refund takes.

So it turns out, this is a perfect product to run a scam on. Both EBAY and PayPal make it very difficult to complain if more than 45 days has passed. So you just tell the buyer it takes 6 - 8 weeks for escrow to close and the scam artist guarantees himself that the buyer won't realize it until at least 45 days have passed. They can even set up a phony company and do phony auction transactions between themselves to get a "Powert Seller Rating"!

To date, complaints have been filed with: EBAY, PayPal, Better Busness Bureau, IC3, my bank, ripoffreport.com and this site and I still haven't seen a dime from these guys!
