Bad service

Oh my. Never have I been so frustrated, nor have I been given such a runaround like the one I received ordering a monitor from them. Their inventory control is ridiculously out of control, and no one knows what they do and don't have in stock. They also dont know when it's coming, just that it's expected. It was expected 3 weeks ago, then 2 weeks ago it was expected in a week. Today it is expected soon, or maybe next week. Or maybe we dont know. Needless to say I had to cancel and order elsewhere.

Bad service

I thought that these people would be out of business considering how they conduct business.

the customer service people are a step beyond rude... they are just mean.

i had the same problem.. i ordered a CDRW some time back and after 3 months I was still arguing with them in regads to getting the product or getting my money back.

the 7th person i dealt with after a huge run around was able to refund me my money.

these guys are borederline fradulant... I don't know what they hope to accomplish by doing business.
