My wife purchased a DVD set of the Baby Einsteins collection on 10/12/2008 for $61.90 total (including shipping). The product was quickly billed to my account on 10/14/2008, yet we still have not received the product. The website allows for a tracking mechanism, but my reciept doesn't even show a ship date, or any information indicating the order is on "back order". I have sent 3 e-mails, with no response, and any attempts to call the provided telephone number lead directly to an automated hang-up or with a voice-mail, that is not responded to. Since then, I have filed a fraud claim with my bank (thank god I have that protection) so I should be reimbursed, but PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
