I signed a contract with them on January 31st 2009, in which they re-assured me everything I wanted was included on the contract and I gave them the down payment ($395.00). The very same night I signed I read it and noticed that it was different of all their promises to me. I sent a certified letter on February the 2nd cancelling it effective immediately, claiming my money back.<br /><br />
Guess what???? I have not received my money back. Every time I call them nobody knows the process of cancellations or they don't know how much it takes the company to refund the money. My name don't even appears in their computers.<br /><br />
Does anybody knows what to do? Can we complain to a government agency/ Can we contact a lawyer to get this money back????
