I bought this product under a free trial offer for face cream, just paying out for the postage. I phoned the company and immediately cancelled the order once the small print had been properly read. The company assured me that the order had been cancelled. However, I did get the cream through the post, which as immediately returned unused with a covering letter from myself again reiterating I wanted the whole business stopped. Unfortunately though I recently got my credit card statement and the amount of 96.35 has been taken from my account even though I was assured that this would not go ahead. Now going to have to go to the bank and ask them to take the case over and hopefully sort this out for me before any more payments go out, having said that payment was in January, so another payment may have gone out already and will be waiting for me on my next statement. People should not be allowed to get away with this, they should be locked up and the key thrown away.
