I too responded to an ad on my email re A FREE TRIAL for a "face lift serum" . Foolishly i gave them my credit card details for them to deduct the postage from. After that date they bombarded me with emails requesting that i buy their products which i continually deleted. Now i find not only has the product not arrived but they have deducted over $96 Australian dollars from my account. I have emailed them constantly but have received no reply, i have tried ringing the number and received no answer, so i lodged a complaint with my bank, the Australian Credit card dispute dept., and the American Better Business Online Complaint System. I now intend to write them a letter, and i shall also fax them a copy. I will not go away...I wish this transaction to be reversed and to have no further dealings with this company.
