We offer CNC milling and turning, with some of our machines capable of doing both operations in the one setup. This enables us to be cost competitive and reduce delivery times. Although we offer a large capacity in both CNC turning and milling, we are also capable of producing small items in size. We cater for batch quantities from 1 off up to 1000 off at any one time.

All our machine CNC operators are highly competent trained and skilled in CNC programing, tooling and machining. This enables HES to produce work to a very high standard and quality. A hallmark of our company is tight tolerance machining of components and we enjoy taking on the challenge of complex and difficult machining operations.
