I sent my 1 day old mp-3 player back to Coby 7 months ago W/ a money order $6.00. I have spent over $75.00 on long distance phone calls to Kate & Raheem at Coby. I still have nothing from them! Now, i dont want any Coby product ever, I want a complete refund! There products and Customer Service are a JOKE! I spent $79.99 for a mp-3 player for 1 day Beware If you ever have a problem with a Coby product
