I ordered a console table that was supposed to ship within 2 weeks. Left for a 5 week trip figuring I would be back well within the 30 day time frame for returns in case their was a problem. Returned to find it had been delivered right after I left. Took home immediately, opened, reported major damage (3 corners crushed) that wasn't obvious by examining the box it was shipped in. Emailed them with explanation and pictures requesting that they honor my request for a replacement based on the fact that they shipped early and the box didn't appear damaged so my shipping/receiving dept. had no idea there was a problem. However, they refused to replace or refund because it was just over the 30 days which is their return policy. Now I am stuck with a $499 table that is basically firewood!
