NOTE that Sparkleled Ltd, the owner of sparkleled.com appears to be a legitimate company, and it looks to me as if their name/reputation has been 'borrowed' by this scammer. Colin Guo is the name of the main contact listed on the Sparkeled web site and I am NOT suggesting that he is a scammer, he's just unfortunate to have had his identity borrowed by one. If this was genuinely from Sparkleled Ltd then it would use their phone numbers (listed on their web site) and their legitimate email addresses.
