i have send back product to company since oct of 2009, i have tried to get intouch with company col-nx all i got is run around and still did not get back money

SENDING UNSOLICITED PRODUCT AND CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD
ORDERED FREE TRIAL AND THEY SEND AN ADDITIONAL BOTTLE AND CHARGED ME A $89.89 ON MY CREDIT CARD. REPEATEDLY I WROTE AS I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO TALK TO ME RE THIS AND REQUESTED A REVERSAL OF THE CHARGES. I RETURNED BOTH THE FREE AND SECOND BOTTLE. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. AND I SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
