I ordered this colo pure product and decided against it after all within the first hour, when I realized they took the $1 for the trial offer the shipping and handling that I mistakenly put as Canadian plus the whole month for the pills. A total of $57.40 . Once again for the trial offer risk free for only $1 + shipping. I called the customer service number only to have to wait over an hour to speak to someone. I was then told that couldn't cancel the order because it was already shipped out. My bank told me to try and work with the company. Every attemp to contact them results in over an hour of wait time on the phone. A week later i finally had the time to wait the hour and was told that the product was on back order and had just been sent out the day before but that to receive my refund minus the restocking fee and the shipping i would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks
