i sent for introductry bottle just pay shipping>Card was charged 5 times. Called customer service 4 times and explained to them of the day April29 2010 i returned ALL products and have not received a refund. I WAS excited to try the product but i received several bags and decided i could not trust this company. So i never opened ant of the products. Then the bill came on my credit card any there were 5 charges 3 different companys names and 3 diffferent phone numbers 1 of which is no longer in service. whats up with that. When i did talk with customer service the first two gentlemen were very nice #3 not so nice. tried to tell him i found the tracking # n track it and said they received it May1 2010. So I would like to know when to expected on refund on my credit card. thank you
