I can't remember the actual date this started/March 28th in or around, 2009. I received email about my charge of acai berry, $78.80, not 14 days later but during (suppose) trial. Researched for the company couldn't locate until email announce that my credit card, called # in India. Talked with "Alex" about, not receiving product and to cancel any future orders. (That was a dog running in circles.) Explaining, NOT receiving product but charged anyway. I was furious by the end and thought it was over. Not to be, more research; found company in Ill. outsided of Chicago but no telephone #. Finally, when I did another research on the web, it brought me here to see all the complaints and the phone# in Idaho. It was a Monday April 20, (much to my surprise) called and talked to a" Donna" (definetly USA) promptly refunded for the no product game. I had received email on Sun. 19th, that another nite-mare was on its way and another charged, talked to her about it and she told to wait and see if I get it on Friday the 24th, then she elodued that, there is no problem about refund again. Yes, once again I was on the hook for something that I no longer wanted, ever, never want anything from AdvancedWellnessResearch SCAM. This is Tuesday, 28th 2009/ and I have talked with" Mary "and "Alex", today about my money.
