Unauthorised payment taken UK
I purchased a 'free' trial of Colon Cleanse last week and upon checking my bank account online today, have found that Clarify Healthy have taken an unauthorised payment of £49.91! Thank you to the post from Texas for providing an email address for these people - I have emailed them but I am also not holding my breath! I will be logging a complaint with my banks disputes department today!
If anyone does receive a refund or can shed any light do let me know!

Free Trial
I just talked to the company. I argued with the guy on the phone who said the charge was shipped on the 15th, and then he changed his story and said the bottle was shipped on the 12th. I called him on his lie and he said he talked to his supervisor and they would refund me $44. It would take 4 to 5 business days to hit my account. The original deal on the internet said it was a thirty day free trial, now he says it is a 14 free trial. This company is listed out of the Caribbean. Their calling center is in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lets spread the message, don't anyone buy this stuff. It made me sick and now they don't want to give me any of my money back. Will wait to see if I get any money.

Money scam
This company and product is a scam and a money rip off. I get a product that is a trial issue. At the same time I notice that I have had 2 charges and a 3rd tried on my credit card. This is less than a month. Do not ever go on a vacation. As I look over the "trial" product they even state on their bottle that people with certain conditions should not take this product. After trying to reach a representative, with a wait of forever, I get the run around. Because of the 14 days SHIPPING date they are charging full price for their "junk" no matter what. The fact that I have not received anything else or that I just got the mail does not matter. All these things are in the "fine print" that you can barely see that appear on line only. I also looked and no where does it mention that if you have certain condition you should not take this product. If their product was so reputable then why are they charging so often and so fast to peoples credit card. Also why are they so unwilling to refund people that are not able to take it, or do not want to? I have been charged $45.00 for a little jar of snake oil. Everyone spread the word that this is a product and a company that you must avoid!!

CHARGES ON CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
NO WHERE DOES IT STATE ON THE PAPER WORK WHEN RECEIVING THE COLON CLEANSE FREE TRIAL THAT IT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $84.62. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM AND I AM SURPRIZED THAT OPRAH IS INDORSING THIS PRODUCT.
THE COMPANY IS NOT LOCATED IN THE USA. THEY ARE OUT OF THE CARIBBEAN. WHAT A SCAM. I AM PISSED. I WILL FIGHT FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR IT.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. OPRAH GET YOUR NAME OFF OF THESE PEOPLE FOR USING IT TO SELL THERE FRAUDULANT BUSINESS PRACTICE'S.

No way to cancel the trial
I tried a free trial, before i could finish a bottle they charged me 89 bucks for more product i didnt want. I tried calling and going on the website to cancel but the website was down and the number was disconected. They keep charging my bank account for this product though.

I was also conned by Viv 3 labs, they took money from my account for a free! sample of what can only be called Senna. These poeple need to be stopped.

Unauthorized charges
Tried to cancel immediately after receiving my free trial which cost $5.95. I could not get through with the number at the top, 866-320-oo38, it is inoperable. I sent an email to MyTrialSupport.com explaining that I did not want the product. I assumed I did what I needed to do according to their there terms.
My credit card called and inquired about a $78.84 charge. I shared that this was not authorized.
Tried to call the number at the top again; no success and also sent another email which is supposed to be a live chat. Not so. I discovered another telephone # on the statement 866-320-0038 and was able to get through. This was a joke! The connection was bad and they told me that because I did not cancel within the 15 day period, I would be charged the full price of the free offer. They conveniently don't have any record of my email and suggested that I should have looked for a confirmation of the email and since I didn't get one, nothing had been confirmed.
Hopefully, my credit card will straighten this out.
