I ordered the free 14 day trial with s/h of $3.95 charged to my account. I never received the product for the free trial so i decided to wait it out. Sure enough i got charged $89.00 to my account. So I called the customer service. I waited on hold for approx. 10 minutes. A rep. answered and took care of me. She not only refunded my $89.00 but she also sent me an extra bottle for the free trial at no charge. She was very polite and apologized for the mess up. Come to find out the free trial order that i had been waiting on was on back order so that was the reason i didn't get it within the time it was suppose to take.
And of course I myself thought that this place was a scam/ ripoff but it was just a misunderstanding. So just to inform you others that are going through the process of waiting or trying to cancel your order... it take time and patients. Some people say that the customer service is rude or disrespectful, its only because that is how they are treated by the customers who are upset and angry. I was polite to them even though i was PISSED OFF... but i took a deep breath and thought to myself... " If I want to get my money back from these people I have to be nice." Since i was nice to them they treated me with the same respect. Just so ya'll know it is possible to get your money back... you just have to act a certain way.

Scammed me re; trial only for 3.95 ok, but billed for 1st and last shipment when I did not authorize it or did not order it initially. Don't answer phone or emails...

I ordered the trial size of the colon cleanse. The following week I was charged 78.00 which I did not authorize. I had to cancel my account with my financial institution because of these fraudulent charges.

I ordered this product for a charge of $3.95 on march 12 on march 28 i had a charge out of my account for $89.31. I never recieved any product and was told that I couldn't get a refund and that the product would be shipped anyhow. I didn't agree to have any other monies taken from my account.

Same complaint as everyone else. I was dumb enough to order a sample and then here they come sending them every 30 days. I tried many many times to call them, but they have you wait on the line for 1 to 2 Hours and then finally they talk. I think the holding on the line is a hoax as much as anything else. I am going to put in a compliant to Better Business Bureau and stop payment on my credit card and if necessary get an attorney. You think for 89.31 thats crazy but they are doing this to many people and they need to be stopped. If the product worked like their bragging stats, it would be fine to pay for it but its a rip off and in the first place grossly over priced to say the least.
