This is definitely some kind of scam!!! Have been trying to cancel (to no avail through that company) for 3 months now! Had to have my bank take care of it which is very annoying to all concerned (but them)... they need to be prosecuted! I have done all I can do that they ask and they still send the product. Anybody got any better ideas?
