My acct was charged without my permission for some colon cleanser product Two bottles of the product was sent without my request... I live on a fixed income and could only afford trial size which I paid for S&H. The sum of 88.97 was charged to my account. I was told to log in and cancel through the internet and I have not been able to do this, There is not a page for it. I called a number I found in the internet and they had me waiting for almost half and hour (until I hanged up). I cannot pay long distance charges. I would like to request an investigation.

I do not want to receive this product, and have notified my bank to not pay this bill ever again. The easy cancellation page can not be found on any computer, so obviously this is a rip off.
