I am sorry to say that I also was ripped off by this company. I recieved my package after the 15 day trial date. I was then very ill and not able to use the computer or phone. When I did finally got someone at this #1-866-360-1477, and asked to cancel they told me to use the non execent email account in order to get a return auth. So here I am like the rest of you stuck with a useless item . Topping it off they then sent me another shippment with two bottles in it and I still haven't been able to cancel or get any response at all about a refund. Not happy PLEASE if anyone has managed to get through to this outfit PLEASE post any info forward to help the rest of us.
