Ordered on 8/20/09, charged $4.95. On 8/27/09 another charge of $139.97. Never received a product until 9/1/09. Company won't answer the phone so that you can cancel. I finally was able to cancel on 9/1/09 but, no refund. Talked to Robert Marcano. I filed complaints with the BBB, FTC,
