I ordered a free sample of a health product from my usual email stuff. There was S&H I had to pay so my banking info was requested and given. I received the products no problem. Then, couple weeks later, an envelope with 2 products came in the mail. The piece of paper said my bank acct was debited $88.97 as 'per' their terms and conditions! I DID NOT agree to those terms-no way! My bank is looking into this, once it comes out of 'pending' charge. I don't want to have to close my acct as it would be a BIG problem. I am now seeing a lot of complaints of this very company now as I am trying to fix this proble-it is just coming on and on...I called the 800# and a rude man said that he 'cancelled' my membership and hung up on me. *I want some govt agency to investigate this obvious SCAM AND RIPOFF-PLEASE HELP US! I cannot afford to lose even $20 bucks! I am a partially disabled veteran and can barely live off what I make as it is! I NEVER would've given my banking info if it was a random website!
