Ordered colotox and got sent and charged $75.00for product I did not order.
Ordered colotox trial size for $1.00 and was sent Zoft Hoodia gun for $10.00 and Hoodie water for $30.00 and they charged my credit card $79.00. I am stopping my credit card payment.

over charged
I ordered your free trail and I have not received it and it has been a week, and I was charged 45.85 instead of 4.99 not to mention I also then was over drawn on my account and have fees there. what kind of a scam are you running!!! and the wait on the phone to reach you is 76 minutes!!! I want this cleared up or I will take further action!!! (1709518)

Charged for things I did not order
I order a $1.00 trial of Colotox, all I was suppose to pay is $4.95 for the shipping and handling. When I received the Colotox, they also sent me Hoodieburst gum and Hoodiewater. I did not order either of these items. Colotox charged my credit card for $45.85 for these items. I emailed the customer service department about the additional items that I received. Their response was that their records show that I placed an order for these items. Isn't it funny that the confirmation that I received does not state what items I ordered or how much the total order was for. Colotox gave me an option to keep the additional products for an instant credit of $20.00 for the items that I did not order. So I only need to pay $18.90 more than what I authorized. What a Scam!!

Colotox
I have been charged $45.85 on my credit card that I did not authorize. I want this charge removed immediately. The charge was for COLOTOX. I was under the impression that I would receive a sample for $1.99. I have called my credit card company and registered a complaint for this charge that I do not intend to pay.

I did not order either of them. Then they proceeded to charge my credit card $45.85 for these items. I am trying to get a RMA number to return them, however, I can't speak with anyone. Please help me. I want to return these items.

Over charged my account
I ordered two products
1- Colotox
2-AcaiPure
One was $4.95 and the other $5.95
When I checked to see the charges on my account, they over charged my account!!!
1 for $44.85 and 2 for $45.85
I placed the order on 11/10/08 and have not recieved anything yet!!!
I am very UPSET with this Company, that is if they are a real business!!!
Do not order anything from this company!!!

Ordered 3 month supply. Received three 60 capsule bottles. Instructions say take one the first day, two the second day, and three every day thereafter. That is a 61 day supply. Customer service was arrogant
and obnoxious stating that "you only need to take 2". When asked why the instruction said different: "You do the math". I will never deal with this company again!!

Never order Did not received
9/26/08 ordered pomclears free trail bottle just pay shipping [4.95] Charged me 84.70 for two products[colotox & pomclear] 9/27/08 was told to return them for a full refund less shipping[4.95]
10/6/08 called as I did not received any product, Was given a tracking # for UPS deliverly. Check UPS tracking # was invalid.
called pomclear and was told to give it more time
as to date have not received product or refund
