I ordered the "free" sample of Colotox. I was completely disappointed! Then I got another charge on my credit card, followed by another bottle of the product. When I called to cancel the first time, they were all peaches and cream. By the third time I called to cancel the charge and get a refund the customer service rep, (and I use that term loosly!!) Heather, was extremely rude and ultimately hung up on me. This is the most horrible online ordering experience I have ever had. Not only do they have a product that is basically worthless, they have lousy customer service, rude employees and deceptive advertising. I WILL NOT ever do business with them again!!!
