I received a defective DVD from this club, and there is no way to speak to a person, it is all aoutomated. The only way I can get it fixed, is if I pay MORE shipping and handling and send it back, and two to three weeks later I can then maybe finish watching the movie I was 90% done with. I want out of this obligation with no penalties.
