I am finding it impossible to stop the automatic draft on my account and the shipment of a movie for months. Don't even think any business can be handled with the 800 number or email correspondence. I have a collection of movies that I have never opened. I need to send them all back, but I need to discuss this issue with a human that can get this done, since the 30 day requirement has past. I will never get caught up on a scam such as this.
