Our freezer 14 months old defrosted twice with loss of content.
Our complaints by electronic mail and registered letter have been answered but no satisfaction or any help has been given.
Comet claims that the freezer is not made for locations like house garage.
We have been assured that it would not be a problem when we purchased.
The same is stated in the manual.
Don't ever buy at comet.
