I called the 800 number to book a room and ask for a specific mattress because of a bad back. The 1st person I talked to was very rude and I told them that I would call back and talk to someone else. The second person I talked to pulled up a location close to where I needed to do business and said yes they had the mattress I was requesting. When I got there that paticular location did not have those mattresses. It was to late to try and find a locaiton with those so I went ahead and stayed there. I called the customer service dept. on the 30th of June to talk to them about the problem and the first girl hung up on me so I called back and asked to talk to a manager and he was even worse. This is not the first issue I have had with this hotel chain messing up a reservation.
