The manager, Brooks Roberts, of the Comfort Suites in Mt. Pleasant SC, is rude and insensitive. I am a breast cancer patient who came to S.C. for surgery. At the last minute I was able to find free lodging at the Hope Lodge for cancer patients. I was unable to give him the required 24 hour notice to Comfort Suites due to late notification from hope Lodge, and the hotel information packed in my checked bag. I called Comfort Suites to cancel as soon as I got into S.C. Mr. Roberts was rude and said it didn't matter what the reason was, he was still going to charge me for the $84.01. I stayed at this same Comfort Suite last July 2008, and have to return this Nov. 2009 for more surgery. Mr. Roberts has lost a returning customer. I want the $84.01 charge eliminated. Thank you.
