I ordered shoes in January and was told my shoes were on backorder but they still took the money out of my account. After many emails back ad forth and them telling me they were waiting on the shipment to arrive I finally cancelled my order in March. Got the run around again after the money never got credited back I was being told they were having issues with there system and promised they would mail me out a check. Still haven't seen the money or the credit. I have a claim with the better business bureau but I haven't seen any thing from them. My bank basically told me since my order was in January and I didn't dispute it earlier that they might not be able to help me either. My advice don't do business with ComfortShoes NY. They will not give you your money back. They are a scam.
