ComEd sent a monthly bill for 11/22 - 12/22/09 increased $55. This is an outrage. The only excuse that ComEd has was that the furnace is kicking off more. This is a lame attempt to explain the unexplainable. Our furnace is new and efficient and has already saved us an average of $100 a month during the winter. Please let me know what I need to do to get answers as to why I am being over billed.
