My staff and I stayed at the Days Inn for business purposes upon arrival we were told that we only had reservations for 4 rooms when our confirmation clearly showed 5. The clerk looked it up in the system and stated that her info showed 4 rooms I showed her our reservation she stated that it must be tour travel agency. I asked her for another room she informed me they were booked and had no other vacancies. The nearest hotel would be 30 miles away we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We ended up staying as we walked through the halls it was smoky one of the staff rooms had the smell of stench the rooms looked very dingy and not very clean and there were lady bugs all in our room. We went to one of the other staff rooms and they had ladybugs flying from the cieling. It was discusting!
