I bought my laptop exactly 2 years ago and during my one year warranty i had to get a replacement for my LCD screen coz it was apparently faulty. Later after the warranty i again had to change the dvd rom coz it got spoilt during the repair at the warranty station and it costed me rm290.then even worse, my motherboard blew up and had to buy a new one for rm900. now my battery goes off in 15 mins and my charger was not working so i took it to an IT shop and they said it was faulty.i had to buy a new rm280 charger again..i am not happy with your service..i wish to talk to someone who can explain this to me.i can also produce the receipts if you wish..thx
