this is to inform you that, on09/10/09 i purchased compaq presario cq 40 laptop (serial no-CND9132SN6) from computer gallery maliwara chowak ghaziabad, from second day of the purchasing errors were coming on the screen, i visited 7 times at the dealer's shop, but out of seven visit three times dealer had demanded service fee of 500 rupees, and i paid for that, latter i came to know htraugh dealer laptop running with softwares compney only sells the computer not the software, delar always install pirated software that will creating the problem, lastely dealer install trial version of windos 7 in 500 rupees .
sir now my cd driver of laptop is having the problem, but according to customer care of compaq without depositing of laptop they cannot regestring my complaint, means the most expansive gadget i have to leave
at compney .
but sir compney is not provideing me guarintee no one part of the laptop will be changed or replaced, sir it is cheating why compney can not cheque laptop in front of me why they deposit it for a week, so how i can leave whole laptop for cd drive problem, or if compney needs laptop for checking they shoul check valuble gadgets in front of consumer
