After transferring my heating contract over from his father's company, the son (Complete Heating Services) attended when my heating stopped working. He said the work would not be covered because it was a fault that his father failed to repair. He then offered to fix the problem and would return with the parts. After trying to contact him several times, I finally spoke to one of his engineers who told me my behaviour was so threatening he couldn't send any more engineers and would return the cost of the contract in the post. I have no heating, no contract, a huge repair cost ahead of me and two cold children aged 4 and 2. The former company from which my contract was passed over is AM Services and the new company is Complete Heating.
