Contracted company to level mobile home and clean and coat roof with elastomer. First day of work Fred showed up by himself because employees had stayed at bar too late night before. Work completed next day. Received receipt showing work guaranteed 3 years. Work on roof being done, returned from town and crew had left with job unfinished by 1:30 in the afternoon. Fred assured me they would complete job next day. He was to receive pay for job from neighbor and leave receipt. Upon finish he told neighbor that i had already received receipt with guarantee, which had not happened. Tried to locate Fred, but would not return my calls. Drove to address of business on leveling receipt. There was no business, no home just Fred and friends in pasture bar-b-cuing. He told me he would bring receipt next day but has not 3 days later. Informed him leveling was not good, roof coating not as agreed, but no response.Believe this man is a rip off, and scam artist. Be careful Bastrop residents!
