unauthorized monthly charges
I have been charged an unauthorized reoccurring monthly fee of $12.00 on my debit card by Complete Savings for months because I supposedly signed up to be a member of this - whatever it is. I have contacted my bank about the charge which is when I realized that this company had been charging me this fee for months. This has to be illegal! Can anyone direct me as to the state and federal government agencies that I should notify about these unauthorized charges? Sansing

Complete Savings should have to pay back everything they have defrauded and penalty’s for illegal processes! I have called there toll free number all day 800-894-0111 and they have not answered one time. I have placed over 30 calls. Just like the rest of the surveys, $12.oo dollars a month for over a year from my debit card, given to them by Cheaper Than Dirt!

I have never signed up to use any of their services. i noticed many complaints about this company. i did call the number that was on my bank statement and because its Christmas Eve they not opened. if i didn't have my phone setup to tell me when charges our being charged to my account, then i would have never known. and because of them, my account did go negative. who else could i talk to and complain about this issue?

Scam
I just realized i have been being charged a $12 fee on my debit card (4 times in the last 90 days) from COMPLETE SAVINGS. I have never heard of them and dont even remember the last time i used my debit card for an online purchase. But on a couple different complaints i have read that Pizza Hut is one of the common places people think they have been scammed from. They say from placing online orders. Now im not sure if i have ever ordered online, its a possibility, but even so itsbeen a while. BUT my boyfriend works there and his checks get direct-deposited into my account so obviously they have my account number. My bank tells me i can only dispute the last 90 days. Does anybody know how to go about finding out how long they have been taking my money? Is this a legal matter? Should i be calling a lawyer? My bank also told me the only way i can block them from further charges is by filing a dispute which means i cant call them to find out info. This has never happened to me before and not exactly sure what the best way to go about this is. Please if anyones knows how i go about finding out exactly how long they have been taking my money please respond. This is bull and they need to be stopped!

Fraud/Scam
I received a charge on my debit card, from Complete Savings, for $12.00. I had never heard of this company so went to their website. People, this is fraud. I've never signed up for anything, and am going to report them to the Atty General, as well as the Better Business Bureau. My bank will reverse the charges, and look into this as well. What concerns me is that not only do they have my acct number, but my email as well. I will follow up on this besides leaving a message on their 800 # voice mail.

Fraud
I checked my credit card statement and found a charge I did not make.
I called the Complete Savings and questioned the charge. I was told they had been charging my account for years. They said I had received a discount letter by email every month for the $12.00 monthly charge.
I never received an email. Theywould not refund any monies.
FRAUD!!!

I did not register with this organization
$12.00 began appearing on my Barnes and Noble credit card. I ignored it for a while then began to realize that I was not getting anything in return. So I complained to Barnes and Noble who arranged for one twelve dollar payment to be taken off my charges. But the $112.00 has begun to appear again. I want to be taken off their account list.

Illegally being charged 12 $ monthly
Am being illegally charged 12 USD monthly on my credit card by this merchant called Complete Savings. Never noticed this somehow in the midst of numerous other transactions up until this month when I have made no transactions whatsoever against my credit card. Traced back and found that this is being charged since Dec 2009! Please bring this merchant to book asap - its appalling.

Credit Card Scam
I was scammed by Complete Savings. I purchased a bird feeder from CountryStoreCatalog.com and was offered a $10.00 coupon. I did not accept the coupon because I do not purchase from this company on a regular basis. That was 16 months ago. I have been charged $12.00 a month since June of 2009. I never noticed because of the low amount. I emailed Complete Savings and they cancelled my membership and offered a refund of $48.00. I want to know about the rest of the $180.00 that they stole from me! I've filed complaints with the BBB in both Connecticut and Pennsylvania(Retailer's state), the Attorney General's office of both states, and with the Federal Trade Commission. If everyone who has had this happen to them would do the same, maybe they would stop scamming people!
