I placed an order with Components Direct for nearly $2000 dollars. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. The next day after the order was placed I got a call from Jeff. The 4 cdrom kits that I ordered were out of stock. Jeff substituted a more expensive kit that was in stock and didn't charge me for the difference.
I am pleased with the customer service and the speed of delivery on the order. I will continue to order products from this company. My experience with them has been nothing but positive.
