I received an email on 12/26/08 that my PayPal account has been charged $129.15 for purchase of a Comprehensive Detective Informational Software. The buyer's name was given as "Green M. Jess". This was NOT an authorized purchase by me. I was given a receipt # 5215-5412-1488-2261, transaction # 9875242566FG486722N.
