The computer came on time. However, I couldn't get the computer to recognize the harddrive. So, I brought it to a local retailer who opened it up in front of me and showed me that the motherboard wasn't screwed down properly, the harddrive was put in on an angle, the power on-off switch didn't work properly, etc. etc. I had to pay the local guy money to fix all these problems. When I picked the computer up he said that the power supply was set too high. Also, when the computer booted up it showed that the CPU wasn't configured correctly. I was told that it could be for a couple of reasons including an over-clocked CPU.
I don't know if it is over-clocked but, regardless, it doesn't work properly.

Overall, it was the worst computer I have ever purchased. I cannot believe that they were satisfied sending out a computer like that. I sent them an email with my complaint. Shockingly, it has been ignored. Weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response.
