Their prices are great and the majority of their staff are nice. The boss who runs the place, though, is a complete and utter prick. I had done business with this guys a few times before and never had a problem, until I went in to buy a particular piece of equipment. I wound up getting into an argument with him, and it must have been evident to him that he was "losing". So he taps in a product code and manages to dial up a product (which would *not* have met my requirements) that was $30 more expensive. Suffice to say I walked out.

In the end, the fat bespeckled loser of a manager lost my business. I have heard complaints of this bloke from several others before - one who is an enthusiastic system builder. He thought the prices were the best in town and went there until he encountered the manager - he then did his shopping elsewhere.

I suppose it's just his own business he's killing anyway. Too bad.
