I called them up to get my computer repaired. The service manager quoted $45.00 to fix the problem. When the technician that actually worked on my machine began fixing the problem, he said it would take about 1.5 hours. He quoted me a price of $95.00. I told him I would not pay any more then the originally quoted $45.00. He said he would check with his boss and call me back. In about 20 minutes he called me back and said he would finish the job for the original $45.00. I will have to say he did do a good job. That was in August of 2006. In may of 2007 I bought a new computer and called computer nerds to help me again. I was told I was banned from their web site and no one would help me. That is unfair.
